Hello
everyone! Thank you for entering the August
11-12, 2007, CPE Trial hosted by AgileDogs Agility Training. This is
your entry confirmation. We have a total of 71
dogs entered for 247 runs on
Saturday and 229 runs on Sunday.
If you want to receive the confirmation details as an attachment instead of rich text embedded in the email (as I know some of you cannot receive rich text via email, and it's not pretty to read!), please email me and I'll send it out to you. Please check your entry info at the end of this email. If you signed up to volunteer, you'll see a yes next to "Volunteer"; thank you! If not, you'll see NO in this spot, and please reconsider! We have a small group coming to this trial and could use all of your help to make the trial move along. If you were afraid to volunteer because you have never done so or don't know how to do some jobs, don't worry, we'll teach you, and we'll make sure you don't compromise any of your dog(s) runs! We will NOT have a food vendor on site, but will be bringing in lunch each day for the volunteers. Hmm, did we convince you to volunteer based on free lunch, plus raffles each day? There will be a voluntary donation bucket near the lunch area to help defray the costs if you aren't a volunteer. Wading pools and a hose, plus a mister tent, will be available to cool off dogs and humans. Parking is allowed anywhere on site, but please do not set up or park your vehicles closer than 15' away from the ring. There is a real bathroom on site, and there is a building to the side that will be used for food (both lunch and snacks/drinks for volunteers), raffles, and committee member crating. Perfect weekend rosettes will be awarded to teams achieving Q’s in all 8 runs. The second annual Crystal's Spirit Award will be given by AgileDogs to the team that isn't necessarily the fastest, but that has the most fun and the handler gets the most out of the dog - like Trisha's Crystal was in her day. Check-in, Measuring, and Starting Times: Friday: Site available for set-up starting at 4:00 pm Saturday: Check-in and measuring from 7:00 – 7:45 General / Judges’ briefing 7:45. Sunday: Check-in and measuring will be from 7:00 – 7:30 General / Judges’ briefing 7:30.
